"Billing’s been fine so far"
and I’ve placed a few orders with nakedwines.com.au now, and the charges have all been exactly what I expected. No random extras or surprises on my card. One invoice took a little while to show up, but the amount was right, so I’m happy enough.

I’m usually a bit careful about ordering wine online, just to avoid overpaying or getting stuck with slow delivery, but this was a good experience. Nice mix of Aussie reds and whites, the prices seemed fair, and my order arrived quickly.

"Wine picks that somehow read my mind"
I’ve ordered from nakedwines.com.au a few times now, the personalised recommendations have been shockingly on target. I’m absolutely not a wine expert, so not having to stand there guessing like I’m decoding some ancient mystery is a huge relief.
Most of the bottles have been exactly the kind of thing I’d normally go for, and a couple even turned into dramatic little new favourites. Delivery was smooth, nothing arrived smashed into a tragic puddle of glass and wine, and so far I’m happy with the whole thing.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered from nakedwines.com.au and, umm, I was actually surprised by how fast it showed up. I’m sure it only took a couple of days, and the tracking was simple enough to keep an eye on.
Everything arrived safely too, with no hassle or messing around. Really happy with how quick the delivery was, and I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty reliable every time, thankfully"
I’ve ordered from Naked Wines a few times now, and to be fair, the consistency is probably the best part. Not every bottle has blown me away or anything, but I also haven’t had any total letdowns, which is more than I can say for some wine orders I’ve tried elsewhere.
Delivery has been fine, no real drama there, and the wines usually taste about how I expected them to. It’s nice being able to reorder without having to think too hard, even if I’d still appreciate the occasional bottle being a bit more exciting.

I really enjoyed trying these wines and ended up discovering a couple I’d definitely buy again (always a nice surprise). It was a fun way to branch out a bit without feeling like I was guessing completely

"Pretty easy to trust them"
I’ve been using nakedwines.com.au for a while now i haven’t had any dramas. The orders turn up reliably, the prices are clear, and the buyer reviews are actually helpful, like, I’ll be looking at a bottle and then suddenly I’m checking what everyone else thought before adding it. It just feels like a company that’s earned a decent name and doesn’t overcomplicate things.

I ordered a mixed box from Naked Wines and it arrived in really good shape.
The packaging felt sturdy, the bottles were packed in tight, and nothing was clinking or moving around. No leaks, no smashed glass, and even the corners of the box were still decent, which doesnt always happen with deliveries.
Its a simple thing, but it makes a difference. You can tell someone took a bit of care with it, and I didnt have that nervous moment opening the box. Easy 5 stars from me

I’ve been ordering from Naked Wines for a little while now, i’ve been really happy with most of what I’ve had. The reds especially have tasted fresh and full to me, not that thin, slightly cheap-tasting stuff I sometimes end up with from the supermarket. I did have one bottle that wasn’t really my thing, though maybe that’s just my taste rather than the wine itself. But overall, for the price, I think they’ve been really good. I’ll probably keep ordering, unless I’m missing something obvious, but so far I’m impressed...

My account has been easy to use, so far. I can update my details, check my orders, and pause things, without having to email anyone, which is nice. It did take me a minute to find one setting, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s simple, and works fine for what I need.

"Subscription felt straightforward"
I liked that the Angels payments were explained right from the start. The tone made me assume there wouldn’t be any sneaky or confusing bits later, and that ended up being true. Pausing it was easy too, which was the main thing I needed.

I’ve been happy with how clear the prices are. It’s easy to see what you’re paying for without having to dig around too much, which I really appreciate. Some offers are definitely better than others, so I still do a quick check before I order. A friend actually recommended the site to me, and I can see why. Overall, it feels more upfront than a lot of other wine sites I’ve used. 4 stars from me.

I started using it a few months ago, it feels good knowing I’m backing independent winemakers instead of just grabbing the usual big-name bottles. It’s been a simple, enjoyable way to try something different while supporting smaller producers.

I’m usually the one who somehow picks the disappointing bottle, so I was just hoping this would keep me from wasting more money. The notes were helpful and mostly accurate, and they did point me toward a few decent bottles. Not perfect, but at least I didn’t feel totally on my own this time.
